We wish the maintenance would have came to handle the filtration as we called about it and the hot tub NEVER got hot cou Positive: Spacious nice size pool rooms outlined good! Negative: Air flow in the game room not acceptable Was nothing but fans in the heat couldn’t access All the repairs in the house were not done trash on the outside by the pool was not taken out The counters were not clean clean food was still on the counter.. Pest control NOT GOOD Think it would have turned out better if they would have did that

Very nice but they need to make minor adjustments Positive: Very nice home and the pool & hot tub were awesome. Negative: The house had a few roaches and the air fryer wasn’t clean. Also the kids Star Wars Room TV did not work for nothing!

Everything about the stay was great. The location was close to ESPN Wide World of Sports where the event was held. The house was exactly as it was described and it was love by all of our guests. It was close to a Publix Supermarket as well. Beware the traffic going to Disney was hectic on I-4 at this time of year, but if you set your GPS to no highways, the trip is about 4-6 minutes longer, but well worth it for the lack of traffic. The owners / management company were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The house was clean and spacious with a few questionable spots ,over all my family and I had a grea. Positive: Very spacious, enough bathrooms and heated pool and jacuzzi, we didn't used the barbecue grill but it was available. Negative: Getting through the gate. I sent the guest list to Booking.com but had to call owner when I got there and give him a list of names before they let them in,but I will like to rent this again in the future.
