Spacious 10 BR Pool Villa in Encore Near Disney

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying with the hosts again. Positive: Having a bathroom for each bedroom was clutch! The home was spacious and comfortable. We loved its location in the resort. There were plenty of dishes and having two fridges, two dishwashers and two laundry rooms made it easy for the number of people in our family who joined us. Also, overall superb communication. Negative: It seemed that it’s time for some maintenance. We had several minor issues with different items. We received quick responses, but not everything could be addressed during our stay. None of the issues made for a bad experience, but I would have rated higher if some of the amenities and furniture were in better condition.

Wow, what a stunning beautiful home we definitely did not want to leave!!!!!! Positive: Everything was so wonderful and comfortable. We had a family of 12 and wow the space was amazing. it had plenty of dishes, beds bathrooms TVs the kids just enjoyed the pool overall a very, very great experience. At one point, we could not figure out the AC (lol) however, the 24 hour service was on point they were there within 20 minutes to help us out. every staff member we seen was very enjoyable friendly just overall a wonderful home and stay. Negative: The hot tub could be a little warmer. Some of the beds could’ve been cleaner. Maybe an extra set of linens in each room for the beds we couldn’t find any. You did provide plenty of towels. We did have to wash a few sheets. With 2 laundry rooms that was so easy. Maybe amp up security a little we did have two gentlemen show up on our 1st day randomly said they were renting out the place in July. Wanted to look at the outside to see if they liked it…… Was definitely caught off guard with that!!!! However thank goodness they were very nice gentleman. We allowed them to view your property and they will be seeing you in July. Overall, thank you very much for such a wonderful property resort area oh and location that’s what it was all about location location we were here for Disney and the Daytona 500 what a place to be. We will definitely be interested in your homes in the future thank you so much.

The stay was a good experience Positive: The key was numeric. The house was a nice size and host was very responsive when we texted or called. Negative: Th e A/C was not providing enough air to be comfortable. Fans were provided, but not all rooms had them. Recommend more pots for a large house. Also add parking on street is allow and highlight where you can park on street.
